Return and Refund Policy

All products sold through this website are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.

Digital Products

Once your payment has been completed, you will receive access to the purchased digital files. Please review the product description and compatibility information carefully before completing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Digital products cannot be physically returned. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the digital files have been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

Refunds

All digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable once access to the product has begun.

By purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate access, you expressly agree that delivery may begin immediately. You acknowledge that once downloading or access begins, you lose your statutory right to withdraw from the purchase, where permitted by applicable law. Under EU rules, this loss of the withdrawal right requires the customer’s explicit prior consent and acknowledgement.

A refund or replacement may still be provided when required by law, including when:

• the file is corrupted or cannot be opened;
• the customer receives the wrong product;
• the product is materially different from its description;
• a technical issue caused by us prevents access and cannot be resolved.

Before requesting a refund, please contact us so we can attempt to replace the file or resolve the access problem.
